| The Community Education Program offers referral information and services. Some of the referrals can be handled in houses if an individual is requesting HIV Counseling and Testing or STD services. If other services are needed we refer them to out side agencies we have established links with. Referral services available are HIV Services, STD services, Family Planning Services, Substance Abuse Services, Needle Exchange, Gay Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender Services, Mental Health Services, Partner Notification, and Partner Counseling and Referral Services. | ||||||
