This line is open Monday-Friday 9 am-4:30 pm to book appointments or answer questions you may have. We can provide you with other health or social service referral information as needed. Our staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. TTY is accessible at the above numbers. Health Awareness Services does not provide off hours, weekend, holiday or emergency coverage. If a patient has a medical emergency when our office is closed they are referred to the emergency room for treatment.
