* West if coming from downtown Worc.-- toward AUBURN                * East if coming from West of Kelly Square
-   Take the RT-122A N exit- EXIT 13- toward KELLEY SQ / BARRE.
-   Turn RIGHT onto MA-122A / VERNON ST.
-  Turn LEFT onto HARDING ST. in front of Exxon Gas Station
-   Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CANTON ST.
-   Slightly before the end of Canton street bear right into Crompton Park. This will bring you to  50 Canton St … turn right into the Green Island Community Center driveway & parking lot (look for swimming pool and playground in the  park…the clinic is in the Green Island     Community Center building within Crompton Park).

 By BUS:

 Green Island is located on bus route  #4 from downtown, the bus stops at the end of the Green Island Neighborhood Center/Crompton Park driveway.
