From the North
Route 495 South to exit 25A. Proceed toward Hudson, route 85 South. Take 85 South (Bolton Street) to Marlborough. Pass the Marlborough police headquarters and turn right at the next set of lights, Union Street. Marlborough Hospital will be on your right ½ mile ahead.

From the South
Route 495 North to exit 25A. Proceed toward Hudson, Route 85 South. Take 85 South (Bolton Street) to Marlborough. Pass the Marlborough police headquarters and turn right at the next set of lights, Union Street. Marlborough Hospital will be on your right ½ mile ahead.

From the West
Take the Mass Pike, 1-90, east to exit 11A, 1-495 North. Take 1-495 North to exit 25A. Proceed toward Hudson, Route 85 South. Take 85 South (Bolton Street) to Marlborough. Pass the Marlborough police headquarters and turn right at the next set of lights, Union Street. Marlborough Hospital will be on your right ½ mile ahead.

The Health Awareness Clinic is now located

in the Marlborough Hospital Annex at 155 Union Street

If you stand in the front of the Hospital Entrance, the Annex Building is on your right, #155.  When you enter the Annex, our office is on your left (look for our sign).
