Our goal is to support families and individuals by integrating primary health care, health education, and counseling through advocacy, case management, outreach, and referral. We strive for community involvement in achieving this goal.

To increase community awareness and optimize the delivery of care, we maintain and encourage inter-agency networking and attend regional meetings. By utilizing local and regional resources, it is our goal to increase the range of services for individuals with or affected by HIV/AIDS and provide a continuum of care.

We work collaboratively with the MetroWest Medical Center, UMass Memorial Health Care, the Boston Public Health Commission and the HIV/AIDS Bureau of the MA Department of Public Health.
