Since 1976, Health Awareness Services has been providing health care and social support to the people of Worcester County and Metro West Region. All services are accessible, affordable, and client-centered. We're committed to removing barriers to services, whether they're due to finances, language, race ethnicity, distance, sexual orientation, or life choices. WHAT'S NEW:
The new Health Care recommendations are that everyone be tested for HIV. Health Awareness has been approved by the MA Department of Public Health to provide Rapid HIV testing. You can get your results at your visit, while you wait. Call us at 1-800-637-5466 for the site closest to you.
* Health Awareness is a provider for the new Commonwealth Care Health Insurance Program. If you have Commonwealth Care through Network Health, BMC HealthNet, or Neighborhood Health Plan, you can use any of our sites. We also accept MassHealth, Tufts and Blue Cross\Blue Shield. Please note: you do not need health insurance to receive care at any of our sites.
