Donations Form

For your convenience, Health Awareness Services is now able to accept Visa and MasterCard donations through our website, with PayPal acting as the Secure Site processor!

To make a donation, simply follow these steps:

1.                  Click on the "Make a Donation" button which will send you to the secure PayPal credit card website.

2.                  If you do not already have an account with PayPal, you will need to create one, which takes only a couple of minutes. Please do this; it is a secure site that will not send you any e-mail or put you on mailing lists.

3.                  If you already have an account, simply follow the steps on the PayPal site, by entering your information such as amount, account number, expiration date, etc.

If the donation is successful you should be directed to a Health Awareness Services Confirmation page, if it is not you will be directed to a Health Awareness Services Cancelled Donation page.
