From Worcester, Auburn or Charlton:
Take 1-290 to Charlton, Route 20 Exit, (1st exit after Mass. Pike exit). Stay on Route 20 (West). Pass BJ's on left, through Auburn. Stay in right hand lane. Route 20 bears right at Route 12 and Route 20. Stay on Route 20 all the way into Charlton.

As soon as you pass the intersection of 31 and 20 in Charlton (St. Joseph's Church on left) begin to look for a green sign for 169 and Southbridge.

At next set of lights, take a left onto 169. Stay on 169 until you get to the rotary. Go right under the underpass (that's Main Street). After you pass the Post Office on left, the next intersection is Main and Elm Street (there is a sign 198). Take a left on 198 (Elm).

The clinic is up 2 blocks on the right (white building on corner of Elm & Dresser). It's across from the Town Hall.

Parking is available on the street or next to the Town Hall in the Municipal Parking Lot.

Alternate Route from Worcester:

• 290 West to Mass. Pike West

• Exit 9 (Hartford, Conn., Route 84/86 (Brimfield/Sturbridge exit) … Follow to Route 20

• At first set of lights, take a left onto 131 East

• Follow to Southbridge Pass Kentucky Fried Chicken and Friendly's

• Take right onto Route 198/Elm Street

• The CLINIC is #50 Elm Street à a white building across from the Town Hall
